Oval Gear Meter
Oval gear meter consists of two elliptical gears which the flow rotates. The rotation speed is proportionate to the flowrate. The rotation is picked up by an inductive proximity sensor or a coil sensor and the pulse signal can be fed to indicators, counters and automation systems.

Ideal lubrication oil flowmeters. SR models are designed for highly aggressive pulp and paper industrial environments. Continuous electronic monitoring of each rotation with a non intrusive alarm allows alarm history files and accurate flow indication regardless of changing oil viscosity. SR Oval Gear Meter indicates real flow rate regardless of oil temperature, i.e. also during start-up.
